Publisher agreement

Your plugin stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to review it, host it, show it in the catalogue and distribute it to people who acquire a licence — for as long as it is published here, and afterwards only as far as needed to honour licences already sold.

You can withdraw a plugin at any time. Licences already sold survive the withdrawal.

• you have the right to distribute what you submit, including its dependencies;
• it complies with the security policy, and you have not tried to get anything past the review that the policy forbids;
• the declared permissions and network endpoints are the truth, not the minimum you thought you could get away with declaring;
• it does not knowingly harm the machine or the data of whoever installs it.

Every version goes through the pipeline, including versions of a plugin already published. Being approved once buys nothing for what comes next.

A critical finding rejects automatically. Anything ambiguous goes to a person, whose decision comes with a reason you can read. If you think a finding is wrong, say so — rejected versions stay in the queue so false positives can be looked at again.

30% on the first €10.00, 15% on anything above, applied band by band. So €4 leaves you €2.80, €12 leaves €8.70, €50 leaves €41.00.

The rate is higher on the first slice because that is where the cost sits: the card fee is a fixed amount per transaction regardless of price, and every version you submit runs in a sandboxed container whatever it earns.

We may change these rates with reasonable notice. A change never applies to sales already made.

Every paid order credits your balance with the net. Once it passes €25.00 it is settled to the account in your settings; below that it carries forward.

Add your IBAN and account holder name before your first payout. Without them there is no way to pay you, and the balance simply waits.

Each order is settled exactly once, and a payout records which orders it covered, so the arithmetic can always be reconstructed. A transfer that fails returns its orders to your balance rather than disappearing.

Tax is your responsibility. We do not withhold, and we do not issue invoices on your behalf.

A refunded sale does not count towards what you are owed. If the refund arrives after you were already paid, we contact you about it rather than silently adjusting a later payout.

We can suspend a plugin, without notice where the risk warrants it, if it:

• breaches the security policy;
• infringes someone else’s rights;
• turns out to do something other than what it declared.

Suspension removes it from the catalogue and from every manifest we serve, and it stops working for everyone who installed it — including people who paid. We will tell you why, and you can respond.

You are responsible for your plugin. If someone brings a claim against us because of what your plugin did or because you did not have the right to distribute it, you cover us for it.

Our liability to you is limited to the amounts we owe you and have not yet paid, plus what we settled to you in the previous twelve months.

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. Licences already sold continue, and so does our obligation to pay you what you have already earned.
